Find your new way to move across Knox.

Seniors classes welcomes adults 16+ years of all fitness levels grades and abilities to learn karate in a supportive environment.

Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.  All participants will be required to sign a waiver before partaking in the activities.

This activity is hosted by Golden Cobra Martial Arts.
